This Privacy Policy explains how Flurix Studios ("Flurix Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of Durak Royale, handles personal data when you visit durakroyale.com, use the Durak Royale game, or contact us. All rights in Durak Royale remain with Flurix Studios and its licensors.

1. Data we collect

Information you provide

• Account information, such as a username, email address, and authentication information.
• Profile information and preferences you choose to add.
• Messages, reports, support requests, and other communications you send us.
• Information you submit when participating in promotions, surveys, or community activities.

Information generated through use of the game

• Gameplay information, including matches, progression, ranks, inventory, and in-game activity.
• Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, game version, IP address, crash reports, and security logs.
• Transaction records associated with purchases, if purchases become available. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment or platform provider and are not stored by us unless explicitly stated.

Website information

The current website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Standard server logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The newsletter form currently shown on the News page does not transmit or store the email address entered.

2. Why we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure accounts and gameplay; operate matchmaking, progression, and support; diagnose errors; prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud; communicate service information; comply with legal obligations; and improve Durak Royale.

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process data as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or based on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell personal data.

Discord and other external services have their own privacy practices. Following an external link makes your use of that service subject to its policies.
