These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flurix Studios ("Flurix Studios," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to durakroyale.com, the Durak Royale game, and related services (together, the "Service"). Durak Royale is developed and operated by Flurix Studios. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by local law. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. License to use Durak Royale

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. Durak Royale and its software, artwork, audio, branding, text, and other content are owned by Flurix Studios or its licensors and protected by applicable law. All rights remain with Flurix Studios and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

You may not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use unauthorized software, or interfere with matchmaking or game systems.
• Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Service except where law expressly permits it.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or share unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or evade enforcement.
• Buy, sell, transfer, or share accounts or virtual items except through features we expressly authorize.
• Use the Service for unlawful or commercial purposes without written permission.

4. User content

If you submit usernames, messages, feedback, images, or other content, you retain any rights you have in that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The Service may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, or other digital entitlements. They are licensed, not sold; have no real-world monetary value; and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Prices, availability, and features may change. Purchases made through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's terms and refund rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Updates and availability

We may patch, update, balance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Updates may be required to continue playing. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material service changes.

7. Enforcement and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the Service or users are at risk, or the law requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to Discord, app stores, payment providers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not affect guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flurix Studios and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service access arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including certain liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury.

11. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. You may also have the right to bring a claim before courts or consumer bodies in your place of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operations. We will post updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it as required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
